Any enabled anti-virus (kaspersky, mcafee, norton, avg, etc) / firewall programs should be temporarily disabled during the installation of the driver.. I am trying to install a brother mfc-l2700dw printer on my computer running windows 7 64bit. it always fails with "is052 - installnetworkdriver - 1", i have looked everywhere i could think of and have worked with the support to the point where they told me, that a reinstallation of the os might work.. Our tech support company provides support to third party services and products. the support services are available in official website of manufacturer..

Which is completely true. i was forced to reload the computer and it all worked fine. hopefully this saves someone the trouble of the endless searching..
